Georg Vomhof, born 1968 in Duesseldorf, is Managing Director of Beisheim Capital GmbH in Duesseldorf since August 2019. Since February 2023, he also represents the interests of the Beisheim Group as a supervisory board member of Metro AG.
He studied Finance at Siegen University (MBA) and worked for Dresdner Bank in Frankfurt, New York, Wuppertal and Duesseldorf in several capacities within the Investment and Corporate Banking division between 1994 and 2000. He joined BTV Group (a Munich based single family office) in 2000 where he was Managing Director and member of the investment committee. At BTV he was mainly responsible for investments in Hedge Funds, Public Equities, Fixed Income and Natural Resources. He was appointed as Managing Director of Seedamm Vermoegensverwaltungs GmbH, Bad Homburg (Single Family Office of Klatten/Quandt Family) in late 2008 with the main focus on finance, treasury and all non-industrial investments including family funded endowments. He also serves on the investment board of the Max-Planck-Foundation in Munich and Wega Invest in Munich and Garrel.
